QUIKNEST is not an estate agent or letting agency, and cannot sell or let properties on behalf of users. QUIKNEST does not hold any physical shopfront, and does not partake in any activities of an estate agent, letting agency, or property management firm and does not hold any client money e.g. rent collection, advance and deposit collection, or repairs and maintenance requests. QUIKNEST does not charge agents commission fees on any sale of property through the platform. Private landlords must enlist with an approved estate agent or letting agency to advertise their property on QUIKNEST.
